NEW Treats Have Arrived at Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs!

Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs is where we go for tasty treats, from giant slices of cake to massive cookies and even delicious and indulgent takes on the classic cold brew!

That coffee-based drink is what we are after today. Gideon’s has a new flavor for March, and we’re giving you the lowdown!

For March, Gideon’s Bakehouse is bringing back to Signore Pipistrello, an aristocratic bat who is excited to celebrate his misunderstood species. The cookie of the month is a Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl, which is a returning treat that we’ve loved in the past!

You can also get the NEW Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Cake! This cake is covered in a layer of peanut butter buttercream AND chocolate buttercream. It’ll be available every Wednesday and Saturday at Disney Springs.

March offerings at Gideon’s Bakehouse

There are plenty of items to test out, but for now, we’re grabbing Pipistrello’s Nitro Cold Brew. The flavor profile is described as a blend of dark chocolate, cinnamon, and nitro cold brew. Maybe this explains why bats are awake all night! You can grab one for yourself for $6.

As is evident from the pictures, this cold brew is VERY chocolate-heavy. We only tasted the cinnamon towards the end, and the coffee was much more of an aftertaste.

This was almost like drinking a Mexican hot chocolate with ice!

For those who like their coffee to really taste like coffee, you may want to give this a skip. Same for anyone who doesn’t like the taste of cinnamon. However, if you enjoy sweet coffee drinks like a Frappuccino from Starbucks you might enjoy this chocolatey beverage!
