We’re almost through February and it’s already feeling like summer!
If you’re looking for something fun to do on your day off from the Disney World parks, why not head over to Disney Springs? This shopping, dining, and entertainment complex is usually full of exciting new things — so let’s see what’s new at Disney Springs!
Disney Springs Food Updates
Amorette’s Patisserie
Beauty and the Beast fans should run to Disney Springs to get this cake before it’s too late! Fair warning though, it’s a bit pricy at $22.
It’s an almond chiffon cake with red wine simple syrup, cherry jam, cream cheese filling, red wine, dark chocolate mousse, and white chocolate pretzels.

Coca-Cola Rooftop Bar
There’s a new specialty drink over at the Coca-Cola Rooftop Bar to celebrate Valentine’s Day! The Chocolate Strawberry Dream sounds absolutely delicious.
It’s made with Fanta Strawberry, Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup, whipped cream, strawberry, and a chocolate square.
Disney Springs Construction Updates
Summer House on the Lake
Some large machinery has been moved into the construction zone at Summer House on the Lake! We can’t see much behind the fence, but it does look like a large amount of the structural beams have gone up.
This restaurant is scheduled to open later this year, and we had the chance to check out a location in Chicago — check out our review below!
