With chillier temperatures this season, nothing warms you up quite like hot food.
And when we say hot we mean both temperature AND spice level. Check out the new dish coming to a Downtown Disney restaurant!
Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen must have gotten the memo because the new dish they announced seems like it would hit the spot! The Anaheim restaurant, which is located in Downtown Disney, is known for both its Creole fare and live jazz music.
Their new menu item, the Spicy Honey-Glazed Salmon, definitely sounds like it’ll bring in those famous New Orleans flavors. We hope it’s as tasty as it looks!
This seafood dish includes a pan-roasted salmon filet and a seasonal succotash of corn, beans, and fresh herbs, all topped with a smooth lemon butter sauce. It really seems like the perfect balance of spicy and sweet with fresh flavors from the vegetables and fish. The new Spicy Honey-Glazed Salmon is $32 at Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen, so check it out soon.
We suggest pairing it with the Cat-5 Hurricane, their take on the famous New Orleans cocktail. Finish your meal off with some fresh beignets dusted with sweet powdered sugar, and we call that an evening well-spent!
