Here at DFB, we’re all about some Disney snacks!
We’ve tried hundreds of treats over the years at Disney World and Disneyland Resort, and throughout that time, there have been some standouts. But on top of our faves, we’ve also CREATED some awesome new snacks with various hacks. And now, we’re bringing you the ultimate Disneyland popcorn hack!
In Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Park, there are multiple flavors of popcorn available at both Kat Saka’s Kettle and random popcorn carts around the land, but how do you choose which one to order? Well, we’re making your decision a little simpler!
To start, you’ll want to pick up a bag of Chocolate Popcorn for $7.25 from the popcorn cart in Galaxy’s Edge. This is NOT the seasonal chocolate and caramel popcorn that you sometimes see at Kat Saka’s Kettle, but the one that’s available at a standalone cart and comes topped with Crait Red Salt.
Then, you’ll head on over to Kat Saka’s Kettle and pick up a bag of popcorn there as well. During our visit, we opted to mix it with the Shaak Cheese Popped Grains for $6.69. (The other option was the seasonal chocolate and caramel popcorn and that would defeat the purpose of getting different flavors in your homemade mix.)
Once you’ve got your two bags of popcorn, it’s time to create the ultimate mix! That’s right, we’re going to create a delicious chocolatey, cheesy blend here.
It helps if you have a third container to mix the popcorn in, or if you eat half of one of the bags to start, but ultimately, you’ll just want to make sure you can get your two popcorn flavors all mixed together. In the end, we were left with a delicious salty, sweet, cheesy treat. YUM!
So there you go — a delicious popcorn hack to try on your next trip to Galaxy’s Edge. With two bags of popcorn, this would be a great treat for multiple people to enjoy. And that chocolate popcorn is super popular for good reason!
