If you enjoy the workout aspect of walking around during a Disney park day, you’ll love this early-morning workout option inside the parks!
If you’re staying at a Disneyland Resort, you can take advantage of Tenaya Stone Spa‘s group fitness activities! Many of these activities take place in areas inside and around Disney California Adventure before it opens for the day. There are over a dozen different class options, one of them being Boot Camp in Disney California Adventure.
You’ll travel from land to land inside the park with push-ups, squats, and sit-ups, and you’ll maintain a 12-minute-per-mile pace jogging around the park. Other classes include yoga, Fascia Release, meditation, stretching, and an obstacle challenge inside Disney California Adventure.
Classes are offered to all Disneyland hotel guests for an additional fee. Class reservations are required as all classes have very limited capacity, and you can make one by calling your resort, visiting the Tenaya Stone Spa directly, or visiting the website online.
