From today, August 26th, until September 1st, the studio will be open from noon to 8PM. On September 2nd, the hours will change to 8AM to park close on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Mondays through Thursdays, the studio will continue to be open from noon to 8PM.
Today the silhouette artists were back making these special souvenirs using only black paper. The artists can create these portraits at around 60 seconds a person, and they can do an entire family portrait in only a few minutes.
Portraits are $11.99 for each face in the portrait, and you can add a frame for a separate charge of $19.99.
This store was one of the few remaining stores still closed from the pandemic closures. While we are super excited to see this reopen, there are still a few stores in Disneyland that remain closed, like The Star Wars Launch Bay, Magic Eye Theater, and TomorrowLanding gift shop.
In Disney’s California Adventure, the Hyperion Theatre, Blue Sky Cellar, and Radiator Springs Curios souvenir shop are still closed as well.
