Something WEIRD is Happening in Disney World in October

If you’re planning a Disney World vacation for later this year, you might have already bought your tickets, but there could be something you’re forgetting about.

Park Pass Reservations! Yep, Disney World is still requiring Park Pass Reservations in addition to a ticket to get into the parks. Even if you don’t know which park you want to visit on a certain day in December of 2022, it’s a good idea to go ahead and make your reservations because they can fill up. You can switch them around later (depending on availability), but it’s better to have a reservation to a different park rather than no reservation at all! But, if you’re planning to visit Hollywood Studios this October, you might already be out of luck.

Park Pass Reservations are already FULL for several days in mid-October 2022! October 10th-14th are completely booked for Hollywood Studios. Here’s a look at reservations for people with theme park tickets…

It’s really odd, as nothing major is going on during these dates. At least, nothing major that’s been announced! Park Pass Reservation ARE still open for all Annual Passholders who aren’t blocked out of these dates.

Could it be just a glitch in the system? Maybe Disney forgot to add the same amount of reservations for Hollywood Studios on this day. This is also a common time for college fall breaks, but still, this seems odd so far in advance.

When we’ve seen reservations fill up in the past, there have been time when they get restocked. So, if you’re trying to make a reservation for one of these dates, keep looking to see if any park passes are added, and we’ll be sure to keep you updated as well!

If they don’t restock, our next suggestion would be to make a reservation for one of the other 3 parks and use a Park Hopper ticket to hop into Hollywood Studios after 2PM. If you hop from EPCOT, it’s really easy to get over to Hollywood Studios using the Skyliner!
