It’s been a BUSY week in EPCOT!
Crowds arrived in mass over Memorial Day weekend, and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind had a successful opening weekend as well. EPCOT is going through a massive transformation, and that means there’s always something new to see. So, let’s take another look at what’s new in EPCOT!
EPCOT Food Updates
Over in the China Pavilion, we stopped by Lotus Blossom Cafe for a quick bite and noticed that they had a new beer special!
The Watermelon Dragonfruit Burst from Wicked Weed Brewing is $9 and sounds like it would be super refreshing for a hot summer day!
EPCOT Construction Updates
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is officially open! We were there on opening day to take it all in. The attraction is using a virtual queue for now, or you can purchase an Individual Lightning Lane to catch a ride.
The World Celebration Guest Relations location got an exciting new update!
The new look matches the rest of the updates that have recently been made to the World Celebration neighborhood like Creations Shop and Connections Cafe and Eatery.
There’s also a new Braille map located outside of the World Celebration Guest Relations!
The Encanto walk-through garden is missing! This isn’t surprising as the Flower and Garden Festival is sadly coming to an end.
Over in EPCOT’s World Nature neighborhood, things are a bit rocky at Journey of Water — Inspired by Moana… but in a good way! Every time we think they might be done adding rocks, we spot some more.
Disney hasn’t shared just when we might expect this immersive, water-based attraction to open.
EPCOT Merchandise Updates
There’s a whole Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind merchandise collection available at Creations!
Shirts, MagicBands, toys, and more were all released in celebration of the occasion.
Get ready for some summer gardening with these Winnie the Pooh Herb Markers!
There are 5 different stakes in the set and you can get it for $19.99.
Camera Center and Pin Traders
Celebrate the 20th anniversary of Journey Into Imagination with Figment with 2 new Limited Edition Figment Pins! There’s one with Figment right-side-up…
…and one with Figment upside-down!
Each pin is $19.99 — and we certainly don’t blame you for getting both!
In the Canada Pavilion, we spotted this cute new Check Meowt Nightgown featuring an adorable cat playing with yarn.
This cozy frock is $34.99.
There are 3 (yes, 3!!!) new Corgi Trays in the United Kingdom Pavilion, starting with this Blue Rectangle Corgi Tray for $60…
…a Purple Rectangle Corgi Tray for $55…
…and a Blue Round Corgi Tray for $25.
The blue rectangle is the largest of the three while the blue round tray is the smallest.
Get ready for some summer fun in the sun with new beach toys we spotted over in The Seas! How cute is this Nemo Shovel and Pail? It’s $9.99!
We also spotted this Walt Disney World Cinderella Sandcastle Set for $9.99.
What’s better than a regular sandcastle? A Cinderella Sandcastle!
How does it feel to be all caught up on EPCOT news (for now!)? There are so many changes coming to the park like new attractions, updated park neighborhoods, and even a brand-new festival center!
